Well deviant art really didn't like my computer for a time so I'm happy that I could get it working ^^

I'm kinda sad because I don't have many works that are up to my expectations and I fell can be my best but I'm going to put on most of my stuff anyway. Staying up this late made my sleep schedule go all haywire but luckily I have a day to correct it

This past Saturday (9/27) we had our second marching band competition of the season at North Hagerstown High School. At first I thought it would be canceled because of all the rain we got but it was still on. The rain didn't come until the end of the competition but it was still early enough to make three bands march in the rain. The last marching band going on to everyone's surprise was not a high school but IUP!! Their show was sooooo cool! I was dancing on my seat during every movement and humming the familiar tunes. I hope I can see their show again sometime! But anyways we placed first with a score of 79.4 with best music, visual, and colorguard. Yey! After all group one's scores and places were awarded we had to leave before the rest of the groups were announced to go back home so we could get SOME sleep. We had to walk a half mile or so in the rain to get back to the bus but when everyone got there the bus was nowhere to be seen. Apparently the driver didn't want us to walk so far so went to the school to pick us up, but of course no one told us. So we figured out eventually and after some arguments were on our way back. Since it was dangerous to walk across the intersection as we had been doing every other time we came or left, our horn Sergent decided we should walk on the same side till the school where there are stop signs instead of a stop light. Eventually we got to the bus that was stuck in parking lot traffic and by that time we were all soaked and wanted to go home. On the bus we counted off by section and members to make sure everyone was present. Afterwards we had to wait what seemed like and hour for the instructors and Drum Majors to come back. We finally started for home which we all knew was a good one and a half hours away. By the time we had gotten back to school, cleaned the bus, cleaned the band room, and were dismissed it was after midnight. I got to my house somewhere around 12:36 but stayed up much later. Sunday I slept literally all day, only getting up when my parents made me go to church and falling back asleep when i got back home.
Now that I can finally use my deviant art page I feel like all my goals this weekend have been completed.
